Lumiere began as a single idea: that fine dining should feel intimate, not intimidating. We opened our doors in 2014 with a small kitchen, a short menu, and an unwavering focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from growers we know by name.
A decade later, that focus hasn’t changed. Every dish that leaves our kitchen is built around the same question: does this taste like the season it came from? If the answer is yes, it earns a place on the table.
